A Rum that does good

Here to stop the deforestation that was destroying the fragile ecosystem and give the people of Punta Gorda another way to make a living, is the Copalli Rum. Copalli project consists of three core businesses that have joined forces to save the rainforest of Southern Belize: Copal Tree Farm which produces all of that sweet sugar cane, Copal Tree Distillery, in charge of producing the godly Spirit, and Copal Tree Lodge, an eco-tourism lodge that promotes the region in a healthy, non-destructive way. You heard that right, producing a delicious, multiple award-winning Rum is only a byproduct of the Copalli mission.

The Copalli Rum is made from three ingredients only: the delicious fresh-pressed sugar cane juice that is sourced straight from the organic sugar cane grown sustainably on the Copal Tree Farm, the rainwater of the semi-tropical climate of Belize, and yeast. With ingredients so fresh and pure, no additives or molasses, or extra sugar is needed to make a premium Rum. This crafty Spirit is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks. It will perform well in any cocktail too, but we recommend you don’t mask the taste of freshness.
