Its name is given by the thin and long leaves that resemble swords. It is called "young and noble" since it is one of the agaves with the shortest maturation time and its high reproductive properties due to its richness of sugars, weight and volume.

Tasting Notes

Aromas: In the nose, fresh notes are perceived, mainly herbal, citrus, tea, lemon, lemon verbena, orange peel and grapefruit.

Taste: Its first attack is pleasant and the alcoholic perception light; It leaves a warm sensation and the after taste persists the smell of cooked agave and the herbal aromas that refresh the palate and make you salivate. Its sweetness, freshness and smoothness are excellent qualities for sensitive palates.
