Hercules Mulligan was created with sophisticated free thinkers in mind. The complex character was built for inquisitive palates that wish to unlock secret aromas and decypher flavors of mystery. Our inspiration was the eponymous tailor-spy of the American Revolution who plied British officers with his gift of gab and fine Spirits into giving away sensitive information, some of which saved George Washington twice. Why is he inspiring? Because he , he was brave enough to go through with it, and because without him, there would probably be no independent America.

Hercules Mulligan Rum & Rye encapsulates the clandestine and complex character with its carefully selected ingredients. were married with aged Caribbean before they were joined by macerated fresh organic ginger from Brooklyn. To make the potion rich and audacious, we added a dash of bespoke bitters - an honest-to-God ingredient that adds the idea of a bittersweet life. The Spirit was bottled at 43% ABV and when the first 2,000 bottles sold out in a flash, we knew we had something powerful, flavorful and rare. Welcome to the revolution.
