Jim Beam Devil's Cut is the result of something that has never been tried before in the history of whiskey making. When we take the liquid we extract from barrels and blend it with extra aged Kentucky straight bourbon, we create a new kind of bourbon that's bold and smooth at the same time.

We start by taking the liquid we extract from our barrels, blending it with extra-aged Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, and bottling it at 90 proof to create a premium bourbon. We call this delicious liquid Devil's Cut because it comes from deep within the barrels and often has more wood-to-wood character, which creates a bolder whiskey.
