McClelland's Single Malt Scotch Highland is a unique bourbon that goes through an accelerated maturation process, giving it a particular character, depth, and flavor profile that doesn’t match its age. It is light and pleasant with aromas of Sandal and cedar wood on the nose. Which leads into a buttery mouthfeel mingled with fresh vanilla. The finish is rich with notes of gooseberries.

History
McClelland's Single Malt Scotch Highland has been created in partnership with Scottish fashion designer Patrick Grant. The unique bottle and tube design embodies everything anCnoc represents; It has been matured in Spanish oak ex-sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels. It is bottled in its most natural form, neither chill-filtered nor colored. As a result, this dram may develop a light haze with the addition of water or if kept at a cold temperature.
