1.5 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
Method: Serve with orange, watermelon, pineapple or cucumber slice, garnished with worm salt or tajin.

Young Soul

1 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
.75 oz. Fresh lime juice
.5 oz. Yuzuri liquor
.25 oz. Agave syrup
Club soda
Method: Mix ingredients on a salt-rimmed highball glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with an orange peel

Mezcal Mojito

1.5 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
.75 oz. Fresh lime juice
.5 oz. Simple syrup
Club soda
1 Strawberry
5 Mint leaves
Method: Muddle mint and strawberries with agave nectar and lime juice in a highball glass. Add LPV, club soda, and ice, then stir. Garnish with strawberry & mint.

Production Notes

Made with 100% cultivated Espadin. The agave pinas are roasted for 6-10 days and crushed to extract the agave nectar. Fermentation takes approximately 7 days. The liquid is double distilled.
